[SUBJECT TO LEGAL REVIEW] Working draft. The warranty terms must comply with Articles 577–581 of the Polish Civil Code; non-conformity of goods with the contract for consumers — with the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
24-month warranty
- The warranty covers workmanship defects of the consumer unit (fitting of devices, connections, labelling) and the devices used, within the scope of their manufacturers’ warranties.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect connection by third parties, surges exceeding the ratings of the surge protection device, interference with the consumer unit without the manufacturer’s consent, or normal wear and tear.
- The consumer unit’s serial number (label on the door, format YYYY-NNNN) identifies the unit and its documentation — please quote it when reporting a problem.
How to make a complaint
- Write to [EMAIL] with the order or serial number, a description of the fault and photos.
- We reply within 14 days. If the complaint is upheld, we repair the consumer unit in our workshop or at the Customer’s premises (for orders with installation), and if repair is not possible — we replace it.
Non-conformity of goods with the contract (consumers)
Regardless of the warranty, consumers have rights in respect of non-conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from handover of the consumer unit.
Safety (GPSR)
Safety instructions are supplied with every consumer unit and are available on the unit page /s/<serial number>. Work on the consumer unit may only be carried out by a qualified electrician (Polish SEP E licence).
