Terms and conditions

[SUBJECT TO LEGAL REVIEW] The text below is a working draft prepared for the launch of the shop. Before publication it must be reviewed by a lawyer for compliance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the Polish Civil Code and the rules on distance selling.

1. General provisions

  1. The online shop is operated by [COMPANY NAME] sp. z o.o., registered office in Warsaw, [ADDRESS], entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number [KRS], Polish tax ID (NIP) [NIP], share capital [AMOUNT] (the “Seller”).
  2. These terms set out the rules for submitting quote requests and orders for made-to-order electrical consumer units and installation services.

  4. The shop sells, delivers and installs in Poland only. Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) and include Polish VAT. Contracts are concluded under Polish law.

2. Products made to order

  1. A consumer unit configured in the configurator is a non-prefabricated item made to the Customer’s specification (Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Consumers do not have the right to withdraw from the contract for such a consumer unit. This information is shown before the order is placed.
  2. Standard products (without configuration) are subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal on general terms.

3. Enquiry, order, verification

  1. The price in the configurator is indicative and valid for 14 days. The final price is confirmed by the Seller after verifying the configuration (connection capacity, supply system, device models, network operator requirements).
  2. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order (status “confirmed”) and the deposit has been paid.
  3. The deposit is 50% of the gross value for orders with installation and 100% for orders without installation. The remaining amount is payable before the consumer unit is handed over or after installation, as stated in the confirmation.

4. Lead time and delivery

  1. Standard lead time: 5–10 working days from receipt of the deposit; for options requiring additional configuration (automatic transfer switch, Smart Start / Smart Energy packages): 8–12 working days.
  2. Delivery options: collection in person in Warsaw, courier delivery within Poland, installation including replacement of the existing board and testing within 50 km of Warsaw (beyond that, a travel surcharge applies).

5. Payments

Online payments are handled by the payment provider [PROVIDER — decision D2]. Available methods: BLIK, instant bank transfer, card. Payment by regular bank transfer against a deposit invoice is also possible.

6. Warranty and complaints

  1. The Seller provides a 24-month warranty on the consumer unit. Details are given in the “Complaints and warranty” document.
  2. Complaints are accepted at [EMAIL]; we deal with them within 14 days.

7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy policy.

8. Final provisions

These terms apply from [DATE]. Changes to the terms do not apply to orders placed before they come into force.
