Svalcon HomeDiscount on a consumer unit for your home that you'll build up: PLN 500.00 net
The PLN 1,000.00 deposit is a security — it isn't included in the total and is refunded after the return report. The R2 discount is applied when you order a consumer unit for your home in the Svalcon Home configurator.
From site power to a finished consumer unit
One company for the whole build: first a construction site board, a flush-mounted enclosure before plastering, and finally the complete consumer unit. The rent for the site board comes back as a discount.
- Groundworks
Power on site
Svalcon: Svalcon Rent construction site board — delivery and connection to the terminal box, test report. From PLN 250.00 net per month, minimum 3 months.
You: Apply to the network operator for a temporary site supply.
- Shell
Flush-mounted enclosure — stage 1
Svalcon: Just the back box of the flush-mounted consumer unit (enclosure surcharge from PLN 290.00 net) and a cable entry layout template for the electrician.
You: The electrician sets the back box and runs the cables according to the design.
- Plastering
Box in the wall, configuration still open
Svalcon: You can change the equipment up to 14 days before stage 2 — e.g. add an EV charger or a battery storage section; we'll reprice it using the price list from the order date.
You: We'll remind you by email when it's time to confirm the equipment.
- Finishing
Complete consumer unit — stage 2
Svalcon: Frame, devices, door, testing and report on your chosen date. 50% of the rent paid for the site board (up to PLN 500.00 net) is deducted in the stage 2 settlement.
You: Handover of the house with the test report and declaration of conformity. The site board comes back to us.
Staged delivery and flush-mounted enclosure prices are a new offer — we confirm the terms when verifying the order.
How it works
Enquiry
Work out the rent in the calculator and send an enquiry with the site address and date. We call back within 1 working day.
Delivery and connection
We deliver the site board on the agreed day. With the turnkey option we connect it to the terminal box and test the protection.
Handover report
We record the condition of the board, the test results and the sub-meter reading (if fitted). You get a copy by email.
Collection and deposit refund
After the build we collect the board, complete the return report and refund your deposit. Your discount is waiting in the configurator.
For contractors and partners

Site package
3 or more site boards at once, a single monthly invoice, priority availability and moving boards between sites. 10% off the rent (to be confirmed) — with a partner account.
R6
Rent to buy
After at least 6 months you can buy the site board for PLN 1,690.00–PLN 2,490.00 net, with 30% of the rent paid credited towards the price (to be confirmed).
R7
No deposit for partners
After 2 completed rentals without issues, partners don't pay a deposit. At Svalcon's discretion.

Frequently asked questions
Who connects the site board?
Connection to the cable terminal box and the test measurements are carried out by a qualified electrician. With the turnkey option our electrician does this and leaves you the test report. If you collect the board yourself, your own electrician connects it — we provide the board's inspection report.
Do I need a temporary site supply from the network operator?
Yes — the site board is connected to a metered terminal box that the network operator (PGE, Stoen, Tauron, Enea, Energa) installs after your connection application. If you don't have it yet, select “in progress” or “not yet” in the form — we'll advise you on how to arrange it and match the delivery date to the installation of the terminal box.
What about the deposit?
The deposit covers damage to the board or failure to return it. You pay it at handover together with the first month's rent, and once the board is returned in working order (return report) it is refunded to your account in full.
How do I extend the rental?
After the minimum period the rental continues month by month — you don't need to do anything; rent is charged up to the return date. Before the minimum period ends, we'll remind you by email so you can decide whether to extend.
How does the discount on a consumer unit for your home work?
Half of the rent you've paid (up to PLN 500 net) becomes a discount on a Svalcon Home consumer unit. We apply it once the order is linked to the rental (same email address or Polish tax ID, NIP).
