From configuration to a consumer unit on your wall in six steps
No consumer unit goes into production until we've checked the connection capacity, supply system and devices. That's why there's a verification step between configuration and the deposit.
Configuration
You choose the version and modules in the configurator. The price excl. and incl. VAT, DIN rail usage and lead time update as you go. You can send the configuration link to your electrician.
Check
We check your supply capacity, network type and the inverter, battery, charger and heat pump models. If something needs changing, we call you. Then we confirm the price and lead time.
Deposit
50% when you order with installation, 100% without installation — by BLIK, bank transfer or card. The production lead time starts when the payment is received.
Production
Devices fitted in the manufacturer’s verified system, wiring, labelling and routine verification with a test report. 5–10 working days (8–12 with an automatic transfer switch or smart home).
Delivery or installation
Collection in Warsaw, courier anywhere in Poland, or installation with board replacement and protective testing (within 50 km of Warsaw at no extra charge).
Documents
Wiring diagram, circuit chart, test report, EU declaration of conformity and safety instructions. The serial number on the door leads to your unit’s own web page.
Important before you order
A consumer unit from the configurator is made to your specification. Under Polish consumer law it is therefore not subject to the right of withdrawal — so we confirm every detail with you before production and only take the deposit after confirmation.
