Project files

Device schedule — Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSVIdeally our Excel template. We also accept parts lists from EPLAN, SEE Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical and other software — if we don't recognise the columns, we'll ask you to point them out. File up to 20 MB, no macros.Attachments (optional, up to 10 files)PDF diagram, panel layout (DXF, DWG), photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC), EPLAN project archive (.zw1, .elk) or AutomationML file (.aml). We don't analyse these files automatically — a Svalcon designer will review them. Up to 50 MB in total.

Sheets: instructions, project details and a device list with drop-down lists (type, poles, curve, RCD type). Example: a 3-phase house with solar panels. No macros.

Which files we accept

Analysed automatically: the Svalcon template, CSV with the template columns (semicolon or comma), parts lists from EPLAN Electric P8, SEE Electrical and AutoCAD Electrical, and any list with a catalogue number and quantity (Excel or CSV).

Attached for the designer to review: PDF, DXF, DWG, JPG / PNG / HEIC photos, EPLAN project archives (.zw1, .elk) and AutomationML (.aml).

We check files by their content; we don't accept spreadsheets with macros (.xlsm). Files are stored outside the public website and deleted together with the request.
