Base consumer unit
Every unit has: main switch, surge protection device, residual current devices (RCDs), circuit breakers, phase indicators, N/PE terminal bars and a circuit chart.
Device lineBoth lines meet the same standards. Premium means higher-end devices — longer spare-part availability and better ergonomics. For most homes, Standard is perfectly adequate.Standard: Eaton / F&F / Legrand. Premium: Hager / Schneider (+25% on equipment, services unchanged).
Enclosure mountingA flush-mounted enclosure is fitted into a recess cut before plastering — standard in a new house. When replacing a board in an existing recess, check its dimensions against our product data sheet (PDF). Opening dimensions are approximate and must be confirmed against the data sheet of the selected enclosure.Surface-mounted — the enclosure sits on the wall; the simplest installation (board replacement, garage, plant room).
Door finishThe finish applies to the door (and the frame on a flush-mounted enclosure); the interior and devices stay the same. We confirm the colour with a sample when we check your order.Default — matches walls and wiring accessories.
All network cables (twisted pair) from the rooms meet at the patch panel next to the router. The multimedia section is separated from the 230 V section by a partition — our design requirement, which we verify against the standard and the data sheet of the selected enclosure. Your internet provider supplies the router and fibre terminal (ONT).Hybrid enclosure: below the consumer unit, behind a partition, space for the provider's router and terminal, a patch panel and 230 V sockets for power supplies.
PLN 790.00AFDD arc fault detectionWorth it in bedrooms, children's rooms and timber-frame houses. An AFDD does not replace a residual current device (RCD — protects people against electric shock) or a surge protection device (protects against the effects of thunderstorms). We confirm the width and price against the data sheet of the device in the selected line.An AFDD (arc fault detection device) detects arcing on damaged cables and loose connections and switches the circuit off before a fire can start. We fit it in place of a standard circuit breaker — it takes 1 module more.

Separate RCD protection per circuit (RCBO)Worth it for circuits that must not go off together with others: fridge and freezer, boiler, server, aquarium, alarm. The other circuits keep the group's shared RCD.RCBO = residual current device and circuit breaker in one. A fault on one circuit doesn't trip the whole group. +1 module per circuit.

Solar PV and home battery
Sections for the inverter, the battery and backup power during power cuts.
Always needed if you have or are planning solar panels: the inverter connects to the consumer unit on the alternating-current (AC) side. Give us the inverter model in the form and we'll select the protection.3-phase circuit breaker and protection sized to the inverter output. 3 modules.

EV charging
Protection and metering for an electric car charger (wallbox).
11 kW — a typical home charger (adds up to about 60 km of range per hour). 22 kW — faster, but needs a supply of at least 25 kW and a car with a 22 kW on-board charger; most cars charge at home at 11 kW at most.3-phase circuit breaker and RCD for the charger. 7 modules.
Check the wallbox data sheet: if it lists “DC 6 mA detection” / “RDC-DD”, a standard Type A RCD (included in the section) is enough. If not, Type B is required.Also detects DC fault currents — for wallboxes without built-in 6 mA DC fault detection.
PLN 600.00Needed when the supply capacity is small (for example 11–14 kW) and a heat pump, induction hob or boiler runs at the same time. Without it, 11 kW charging can trip the main fuse.The charger slows down when the house is drawing a lot of power, so the main fuse before the meter doesn't blow. Meter on the supply, 4 modules.

Heat pump and energy metering
Heat pump section, sub-meters and a board for the network operator's meter.
For an air-to-water or ground-source heat pump. “SG Ready” is a standard heat pump input that the consumer unit (or smart home) uses to tell it to heat harder when there's surplus power from the panels.3-phase circuit breaker, contactor for the off-peak tariff lock / “SG Ready” control, controller supply. 6 modules.

Smart home
Local systems (Home Assistant, Modbus, Matter) — they work without the manufacturer's cloud.
Smart Ready — just spare space, power and a Modbus–Wi‑Fi gateway (add control later). Smart Start — control of 8 lighting and socket circuits with metering, a Home Assistant hub and an app. Smart Energy — a hub connected to the inverter, home battery, charger and heat pump: charging from surplus, dynamic tariffs and priorities during power cuts (HEMS, a home energy management system).No control.
KNX Ready — bus power supply, IP interface and space for actuators (add them later). KNX Start — plus actuators matched to your lighting and blind circuits. KNX Energy — plus an energy meter and load control together with solar PV, the home battery and the charger. KNX replaces the Smart Start and Smart Energy packages — one control system per consumer unit.KNX is an open, multi-vendor building automation standard: a wired bus that works without a cloud and without the internet.

Delivery and installation
Collection in Warsaw, courier anywhere in Poland, or installation with board replacement and testing.

Prices excl. VAT are based on wholesale device prices and labour estimates; the price is indicative until we have checked your installation. Every consumer unit comes with a wiring diagram, circuit chart, test report and EU declaration of conformity. Built in the enclosure and switchgear manufacturer's verified system in accordance with EN 61439-3 (PN-EN 61439-3).
